Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email address), the health information you choose to log — calories, macros, meals, water, steps, workouts, weekly plans, photos you scan, and messages you send to the AI coach — and basic technical data needed to keep the app working, such as crash and error reports.

Your calorie and workout logs are stored securely on your own device, and, when you are signed in, synced to protected database systems that are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access rules mean each record can only be read by the account that created it — no other user, and no advertiser, can see your logs. Payment details are held only by Stripe, never by Corai.

Corai does not sell, rent or trade your personal or health data to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or data brokerage. We only share the minimum needed with the service providers that run the app: secure cloud hosting and database storage, Stripe for subscription payments, our AI provider to process a scan or coach message you send, and our email provider for account and reminder emails.

To run your account, calculate your targets, show your progress, answer your AI coach questions, send the reminders you switch on, and process your Corplus subscription. We keep your data only while your account exists.

You can view your details in Settings → Account info, export a full copy of your data, switch email reminders off, and permanently delete your account together with every health, food and workout log from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Corai is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Younger users should only use Corai with a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
