Terms of Service

Corai is a health, nutrition and fitness tracking app. You must be able to create an account with accurate information, keep your password secure, and use the app only for lawful personal use. Calorie tracking, water tracking, barcode logging, AI food scanning, the AI coach and your profile are free to use.

Corplus, which unlocks the premium weekly planner, costs £4.00 per month or £34.99 per year, including applicable taxes where shown at checkout. Prices are charged in GBP and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

All subscriptions are processed and managed securely by Stripe. Corai never stores your full card details. Receipts and invoices are issued by Stripe to your email address. You can update your card, view invoices or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from the billing portal inside the app.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, Corplus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops renewing. Part-used periods are not refunded unless required by law.

Corai is an AI tracking tool and fitness planner, not professional medical advice. Calorie targets, macro targets, AI coach replies, food estimates and workout plans are educational estimates only and may be inaccurate. Corai does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any intense workout or diet plan, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, or have a medical condition or eating disorder. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

You can delete your account and all of your logs at any time from Settings. We provide Corai "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make based on estimates shown in the app. We may update these terms and will show the new date above when we do.
